What's a fanlisting?
A fanlisting is simply an online listing of fans of a subject (it can be anything from an actor to a particular object) that is created by an individual and open for fans from around the world to join. There are no costs and the only requirements to join are your name, email address and country. Fanlistings do not have to be large sites (although some are) - they are just a place where you can have your name listed along with other fans of the same subject.

The name
The name for this fanlisting, "Bright Lights, Big City", comes from the book that is mentioned in the episode. It is called
Bright Lights, Big City and is written by Jay McInerney. Mac and Stella find a copy of the book beside the rest of the boy's bones.
